Gita Sakal is the Group General Counsel at CL Financial
Limited. She obtained her law degree at the University of
the West Indies and her L.E.C. at the Hugh Wooding Law
School in Trinidad and her Executive Masters in Business (EMBA)
at the University of the West Indies (UWI) Institute of
Business. Her areas of practice include Corporate and
Commercial Law, Project Development and Financing, Mergers
and Acquisitions, International Joint Ventures, Finance and
Leasing and Insurance Law.
Ms. Sakal is a member of the International Bar Association
and the Canadian Society for Corporate Secretaries.
